Going to goto a GP at some stage today just to get checked out after the accident... I feel alot less painful than I did last night and I think the decent nights sleep did me alot of good, even if It was pouring with a rather spectacular light and sound show.
Looks like my excess will be like $600 instead $1500 or so it would have been had the accident happened last week... yay for having a birthday at the right time.
Unfortunately the Mazda 323 of my parent's friends has been sold so looks like I will be hunting for something different. I can survive the rest of semester without a car though so it is all good.
Found out my younger cousin in the UK was involved in an accident a few weeks ago, not his fault however he registered a positive breath test from being out the night before... his vehicle was written off.. loss of licence for 20 months and a $550 pound fine.
Anyway he was fully comp insured so that was pretty lucky.

Spent most of the day in the waiting room at the local medical centre to see a GP, pretty much told me to take it easy and prescribed me 400mg of Ibuprofen for the pain, so you heard it folks dr orders I have to take it easy
Also got a medical certificate giving me the week off from study / assignments so I'll take that in tomorrow and get an extension for my last microbial report sorted.
