Actually it really is that easy. Just say what you feel/how you want things. In the end she'll thank you for it. It's better to be upfront than to shatter her heart later.

Honestly my dumbest lie is "nothing", whenever something is wrong I try to keep it all inside instead of my words and concerns starting a fight. Yet "nothing" has started the same fight a million times. You'd think I'd learn to stop using it.
