Stress:
Been off a while with stress, work and home
I do have a stressful job, but I can cope with that, its when I come home and dont get chance to unwid due to parents being unwell. Mother is suffering badly and getting worse with Alzheimers and my dad has Mascular degeneration. Pretty much depending on me now to see that they get their daily provisions.
Mother needs care and father wont admit to wanting help. He has relented and will admit a carer in once a week
She needs it day to day. me ? I am not sleeping too well, with my mind going 100mph all the time and not shutting down when I sleep. Work isnt helping with backstabbing bastards who insist on running to managment with everything I do
