Dirty Birdies,

It's been a minute since I last posted so lets catch you up on all things Toxic. I recently traveled to Central California for my God daughter's 5th birthday. She had an incredible birthday party and I was so happy to spend a week with her and my best friend (her mother) for a week. It was a low key trip, not much happened except the birthday party. I did get to partake in IN-N-OUT though. I came back to Portland feeling mostly rested but slightly worn down at the same time. Mostly due to the drastic changes in the weather. I'm having horrible allergies this year! It's crazy how you can go most of your life never having allergies and them BAM you have them.

In have been trying to take in the autumn weather here in Portland... rainy and gloomy the past couple of days. I did get an opportunity to do some fun activities though! 2 pumpkin patches and corn mazes (1 in Oregon/1 in Cali). Also next week Domino, Ivy and are doing Haunted Portland/Bar tours! Domino are I are going to a big Halloween party this year as well! It should be a very eventful week! What are your plans?

With the holidays slowly approaching we come to a very important event... My birthday! Yep my birthday is approaching slowly but surely DECEMBER 17TH!This year I am planning a party of epic proportions! Best news about it... It will be at Tiny Tuesday DECEMBER 16TH,2014 at LUCKY DEVIL LOUNGE. If you have never heard me speak of Tiny Tuesday before then you aren't in the loop. Tiny Tuesday is a theme night where all the dancers on shift are under 5'2. Little pretty petite ladies! So A birthday party full of beautiful fun sized dancers... it will not be one to miss out on!

I've been hitting the gym hard lately and started a healthy eating regiment again. I am a week fully alcohol free ( would have been 2 but I had a slip up last Friday.) I am feeling mentally and psychically so much better. My goal is to be in the best shape (so far) in my life by my birthday! I started weight training along with cardio for exercise, also portion control for my clean eating habits. I'm really hoping I can be successful. I was partying a lot since my divorce and put on a few pounds. I'm already down close to 5 pounds. So wish me luck!
