Thanks, its a family trait. My grandmother saved a man from one of the first race riots in Philadelphia by shielding him with her tiny, frail body and rushing him into Settlement House, where she worked. The Doctor and her stitched him up and kept the mob from getting him. You grow up with things like that in your background and you know whats expected of you. I took it from white and black, but it never hurt really, oddly enough. I dished out a little, too.

I met Jim Plunkett in the parking lot of Harvard Stadium, where he was parking to go to practice. I had never followed football but that day I became a fan. When the Pats dumped him I stayed a Plunkett fan and rooted for first the 49ers and then the Raiders, with whom he won a Superbowl. I don't believe that the Raiders will see another victory like that until some major changes take place but you never know. Keep the faith.

Don't know much about baseball, I'm afraid. I'm lost on team sports. But I do know that drinking beer and getting together to watch games is involved. I would go for that, certainly!
