Well........... I'm back because someone was nice enough to pay for my subscription for the next six months and for that I am thankful. Said person did not want me to know who they are so if you are out there and reading this (i.e. you didn't make a mistake) thank you very much for this gift.

So what have I been doing you might ask? Well the last year and a half has been very busy for me. More to the point, I have been very busy since I graduate culinary school (Baltimore International College). I have been writing food articles (Metromix Baltimore), I just got two pieces of artwork into a gallery show (Definition Gallery Baltimore), and I have been writing a 5 song e.p. that I will hopefully have done by june.

It is a food blog. It willl deal with how to cook, how to look at cooking, and what is currently viable and actually important to the home cook in the world of high brow cooking.

Thats it for now, the wine has really kicked in. I hope to hear from anyone.
