Today marks a new day.
I'm going to start eating right and exercising on a regular basis, instead of when I have time. I know I've said this before, but this time it's serious. This comes at the threat of serious medical repercussions if I don't comply.
I know the benefits: increased wellness, better immune system, better memory and thinking, more normal sleep patterns, less aching and tension, better long term defenses against serious illness.
I'll give it a shot- I have to. I went to the grocery store and loaded up on plenty of healthy foods, and started a tasty and beneficial diet today. After a while, I'm going to learn how to cook. This will be a good thing, and with practice I will get used to it.
