I'm SO tired of ignorant fucking sales people. NO I don't want your warranty if you can't even tell me what kind of inputs this device has. It's sad, cause I know these people represent my generation. Personally, if my customers came in and made me look like an idiot- or other sales clerks came in and showed me up- I'd start reading some manuals, and at least learn the products I'm selling.
I guess the general policy is- if it doesn't work like you thought it did, return it. That's all fine and dandy if it wasn't a trek across the frozen tundra, bud. I'd rather have you open the box here before I buy it- and I hate doing that.
