so we were supposed to sign the lease on our new house today, when all of a sudden our third roommate backed out, literally, like 10 hours before we were supposed to go down there. he left us high and dry, not enough money to pay the security between my other roommate and i, and no time to find a replacement. he had a myriad of reasons, all of them stupid... now he doesn't understand why we're mad at him.
i think he's playing dumb, because i refuse to believe that there's someone that rude, AND stupid in this world..
