Damn! The audacity and sheer lack of HONOR to be found in some people never ceases to AMAZE me..... My best friend (of some 20 years or so) is selling his house, and the individuals to whom he is selling keep coming up with more and MORE BULLSHIT for him to DO! He is already giving the buyer a very GOOD deal but these ASSHOLES keep trying to screw him at EVERY turn! They wanted a septic tank inspection... he agreed to pay for the inspection, but as the tank is underneath his patio deck he asked that the buyer be responsible for putting the deck back in shape after the inspection..... the buyer agreed to this stipulation and after the deck was torn to hell and inspected, they went back on their word and told him that HE was responsible for putting the deck back in order. HONESTLY, I think my buddy showed grace and a no small amount of class. I , for one do not possess the kind of patience that my friend showed..... I fear I would have shown a side of myself that even I do not care for... I simply have NO patience or forgiveness for those who don't keep their WORD!

Honor ... integrity... these are two of the ONLY things that CANNOT be TAKEN from us as they are inherent in us from birth! How we behave in life with regard to these ideas DEFINES us as individuals... living a life where NO ONE will take your word ... that is not a life I even want to imagine....nuff said.
