Well the weekend was a little better. Saw KILL BILL V1 and didn't dislike it as much as I thought I would. Although it was 'typical' Tarentino, I realized I really liked it. Not that Tarentino makes bad films, just a bit repetitive.

Shadowmancer came over and me were supposed to scan some pics of him in to use on his page. But something is wrong with the damn scanner. I blame him.... he breaks things by mere presence alone. Which brings me to a funny story...

A few years back when I was the only one out of myself, Shadowmancer and Maelphaedor that possessed a working computer, they would come over and play on mine while I was sleeping. (Yes I've worked 3rd shift too long!) Well they weren't too quiet and my comp was in the next room so I was falling in and out of sleep. I had drifted back to wakefulness when I heard them talking. Mael was at the computer typing away when I heard a ZZZZAT. From what I could deduce, Shadowmancer had merely touched him on the shoulder and given him a static shock. The computer went dead... Then I heard the funniest thing.

Shadowmancer - "We don't have to tell him. He'll never know."

Maelphaedor (through laughter) - Let's hope it reboots. If it doesn't, we'll just leave and he'll never know we were here.

Me from one room away - I heard that.

Hysterical laughter from all three ensues.

Well it did reboot and all was well. But now you see the type of sneaky fuckers I have to contend with.

Well City of Heroes beta ends this week. It goes live on the 28th. I highly recommend this game for anyone who loves superheroes or is a comic geek like myself.
