i finally learned how to add pix myself. hooray for technology!

went to the gym tonight...somehow i must tell myself that the 3 day walk is just around the corner, and if i don't keep working out, i will cross the finish line on bloody stumps, incoherent and basically dead. where's my will power when i need it?

though i did NOT eat the ice cream in the freezer that's sending out its siren song at present. small victories...you gotta take them when they present themselves.

I'm feeling a bit better about work. i have to learn that you can't please everybody, especially those that think they are smarter than you. (NOPE! ) what it basically comes down to is if you don't like the way i do things, work harder so maybe one day YOU get to make the decisions...get to work knave! kidding, i'm actually a dream boss, in a lot of ways.

i need a new book...anyone reading something swell right now in the fiction category?
