another week, gone like that... (poof!)


i'm trying not to squander what little time i have free these days, but when you have no energy, it's hard to get motivated to do much of anything. i have been running almost every day in the hopes that it will motivate me to be more productive if i feel physically fitter, but so far that's been slow in coming.


i have been writing short stories lately, trying to get back into the swing of things, trying not to be so guarded in my words as i will most likely be the only one reading them right now. i even tried my hand at writing music lyrics, but as i know next to nothing about that, i'm sure they came out pretty heavy handed and trite.

i'm trying to psyche myself up right now to bust out some of my work stuff and get to it, as i never have even 5 minutes to myself at work that isn't spoken for, but so far, i'm stalling, hence the update. maybe if i take a shower i'll get my ass in gear.

i am loving this band that i picked up, Azure Ray.... dreamy vocals, decent lyrics, and painful subject material... my cup of tea
