went out this morning and ran the plateaus...well, walked a bit too, but some of those hills are straight vertical. it always makes me feel like such a pansy to stop running when i get tired. i'll never be athletic if i give up when i'm tired.. or at least that's what the gatorade commercials would lead you to believe.
sae and i just got back from the grocery store and now we're going to make the big salad... funny how exercise always makes me feel guilty about eating non healthy meals. (this as i type with a mouth full of chocolate)
we're also listening to the new sarah mclachlan album and i don't think i'm going to listen to this album very much for a while because i feel like she's singing about me in every song, except the love ones... how narcissistic of me, eh?
and in other news, i heart the postal service, and all of my friends.

Mmm, salad.
My favorite fact about Gatorade is how it stays the same color thorugh the entire digestion process. And goes directly to the sweat glands.
