ooh ok i cannot count the amount of times i have been sick this winter.

I have this weird " i am melting/ out of body experience" going on.

If anyone knows of any meds or other ideas that could help me get on track...i would owe my sanity too.

Got the lemon and honey thing going on..and well the too much buckleys with a touch of sinus meds...not soo good. i like natural but i am at the point where i cant handle another illness/cold. OOh man i am fucked up..hmm i wonder if it is ok to swear in my journal.... whatever

When you start feeling a cold/illness coming on, take Echinacea right away. It boosts your immune system to better fight the virus or infection. You still get sick, but not to the same length or degree. It helps! smile

It's strange. Everyone is really sick already this year. I've used up all of my sick days for the year already. It's horrible. I'm going to get fired by summer, or quit sooner to save some dignity.
