We all ask ourselves that question at some point or another.

I find myself asking myself that more and more.

Do something you enjoy to get your mind off of things ... that's how I deal with it.

An overactive brain is a sign of a good imagination, and that makes for a lot of fun. Keep it up is what I say. Imagine that everything is just as it seems, and everything is going your way. Ha ha ha GOING! (Like BOING, the onomatopia, not the airplane manufacturer.)

I like to say DOIIIING! HARD TIME! (Cause we saw a crappy looking movie at the video store called "Doing Hard Time" and I just yelled it out). My roomate and I say it all the time, and people probably think we're mentally handicapped. We probably are.
