You really do look great the way you are now, but it never hurts to push for certain goals. I'm somewhat slender, but since the year started, I've been working out like crazy to build muscle and tone my body more. It can be tough once you start, but you'll find your groove and push yourself more and more. The results have been paying off for me quite well. If I can do it, you can too! I have a considerable amount of faith in you!!
