That show is done and I'm needing some outlet. I expect none of you to read this.

73. An Explanatory Evening
The night crept in to New York city. Victoria Fowlers body was cremated, her ashes spread into the city's wind by members of Allan's clean-up crew. Kona Carmen slept the sleep of the deeply troubled. Georgina Bonners body was...

How great was it to see more of last year's crew doing some of the best dances? It's so obviously different for them, all technique and proficiency now where it was all guts and glory before. Happy to see these wonderful dancers still plying their craft.

Your exit was written in the stars, Dirty Ballerina. Thank you so much for what you...

This is why I love this show. It is very rare that a television program can break my heart in such a way and yet still lift me up. I felt tonight like I was watching old friends during the recap of the last 99 episodes, and in a way I was. Last night was, in turns, terribly disappointing and heart-rendingly transcendent. So...

No, I wouldn't say that...it's just that there are things more important than tacos.

I realize that this is probably heresy, but it's how I feel. wink

Wow. I really thought it was time to cut the munchkins. One went, no shock, but the fact that Evan wasn't even in the bottom two? Shocking. Not so shocking: toodles, Kupo. Apparently you didn't have enough personality to overcome the hormones of girls that want to wake up with Evan curled up on their pillow like a kitten. C'est la vie....

Ok, so I am totally obsessed with this show, in a bad way. And I always read your recaps. I'm watching the results show now, and figured you'd be the only one to understand... WHAT THE HELL?? Evan should've gone home weeks ago!! I'm SO annoyed with America. Jason and Branden are both worlds better than him. Grrrrrr.

As for the girls, I actually disagree with you. I'm not a fan of Melissa, at all. Love Jeanine though, she's def my favorite girl.
sn0wbunnie:
Haah, you kill me.

I am so sad that Jeanette got the boot tonight.

Holy fucking hell, it's getting even tougher in here. As the throng thins, the emotions swell. As difficult as last season was when kids got cut, I think this one will be worse. The muckity-mucks are getting better at their jobs and this new Fall season will be an important test of the viability of this show. I look forward to it.

Goodbye,...

The way they mix it up is beautiful! It is refreshing to have a show that has some emotion in these times.

It's starting to get cozy in here, folks. Top Ten draws ever nearer and Cat's adorable love for her "kids" will deepen, strengthen, and my orgy fantasies will become more clearly defined. Wait, what?

Aww, man! Just when she was starting to grow on me. Really, though, in that bottom three there was no one else to go. Toodles sexy. And ciao Orphan...

I agree; I buy it from time to time, and I will more often than not go through the articles first.

Actually, that was how I first learned about the first Dune prequel book.

Class act move by the show giving shout outs to the big three celebrities who passed this week, but especially classy to give such love to Michael Jackson. Yes, the man led an extremely questionable life for the last 20 years or so (if not longer), but you cannot take away what he did for the world of dance. As I read earlier...

It's been a crazy work week, but I managed to be home and parked in front of the TV long enough yesterday to get all the SYTYCD goodness I needed. Totally bummed however. She was good and pretty, but I guess not enough of either. Oh, and goodbye, Russian dude. Ballroom only gets you far if you have crazy abs you love...

oh I see! I will be sure to not tune in tonight so your journal will not be old news to me in the morning!

Albertsons! Last time I left and went to Vons where it was around $14. Funny because they had a big banner outside saying they slashed prices! Seems like they could rethink that one a little bit - the toilet paper was discounted to $4.95 - I think that is about normal!

Before I launch into the revamped rankings, I must say this season is boasting some seriously talented folks. On both sides of the gender line there is some shit being broughten (if you do not know which terrible cheer leading film I referencing here, kindly check your 90s pop culture card back in) here, so if you've been hesitating picking up this show,...

Yes, that's very true.

I told one of the guys at work who is a big fan of the show, and his jaw quite literally dropped to the floor (at least until I gave him the full story, haha).

I hope that you're well, good sir. smile
