Turkey day was grand. I drank to much of the Champagne of beers and now my guts are very unhappy with me. But otherwise grand, indeed.
One question, though. Why do people try new cooking ideas out on such an important eating day as Thanksgiving? Because it doesn't always seem to work out very well. Shouldn't you pre-test these ideas, to make sure they don't suck? Or you don't suck at them? Just wondering.
Not that anything sucked at my Thanksgiving dinner.

Can't tell you, nope, sorry. If i told you i would have to kill you. And i really don't want to do that nor do i think i would be able to. So neither of us win really.
