Woohoo! Update! Well, Whistler was great as usual. Any day on the mountain is better than a day at work! No new snow though. Coverage was very poor, but we found some nice snow on blackcomb glacier. It was super cold the whole weekend! 2 of the days it was zero degrees F at the lodges! Add the wind and that's fucking cold. Sunday was crystal clear. Stunning views. I'll have pics to post soon!

On a sad note, next year we are going to have to mix up the invite list a bit. One of my friends from work came with us for the trip. She is fairly quiet but I only really talk to her for about 10 minutes a day at work so it's never really bothered me. But 4 days with her was too much. She hardly ever spoke! Even when it was just us two together alone she said little. I am not exaggerating. On the 4.5 hour drive home she said maybe 15 words. I tried to make conversation with her but it didn't work. It is really bothering me because I think/thought we were friends and now I am questioning that. I don't understand why she would come on a trip like that and expect for us not to have conversations. I guess I don't really know her that well and if she won't share then I never will. Oh well. I'll get over it. Thanks for listening.
