Well..... Had a wonderful time in Utah/Arizona!!! Highlights are listed far below for those who are interested.
Okay day so far today. Before leaving for vacation I was asked to present at a conference in my field. Did it today. Successfully. I actually networked (which I usually hate doing)! Overall good. It still feels wierd to be "one of the experts."
Excellent "dirty talk" folks.
I feel so, well, dirty. Like I need to be soaped up and rinsed clean. But wait! I can't fit that bar of soap up there! Can I?

Utah/Arizona Vacation Highlights!
Flagstaff - my first mtb race resulted in acheiving 5th place with prizes of socks, a beer glass and chain lubricant!
Lube-ri-cunt, baby!
Blanding, UT - sucked ass. long story.
Moab - the slickrock bike trail is the definition of "extreme mtb" and none of my northwest skills transferred. Other trails there are overrated. One guy in a bike shop said he was jealous of us up here in the NWest. Pahhleassee!
Arches Natl Pk - If you go, hike to Delicate arch - it's worth it.
Canyonlands Natl Pk - eye opening. produces a deeply thoughtful state.
Capitol Reef Natl Pk - nice. short stop.
Bryce Canyon Natl Pk- The canyon envelopes you when you hike into it. Magical. Could be my favorite.
Zion Natl Pk - Hiked on the side of a cliff with 1000 ft down straight drop. Chains provided on the "trail." One wrong move and you die. A mental rather than physical test.
Grand Canyon Natl Pk - too many fucking people. But massive. Picturesque. Grand.
