Hmm..Nothing big has happened, that's why I haven't posted a journal. However, now I'm stoned and bored so this should be interesting.
I started class on Tuesday. So far all we have done is make stocks and make sauces, which is definitely a good thing. Next week we're covering cooking methods, and there will be good times.

Eh. I've tried the whole "one day a week" diet method. Between Holidays, Birthdays, and Weddings, it keeps getting turned into an "I'll eat whatever I want six days a week" diet. I'm soldiering on, though.
