As of 1 am, I am 48hrs into a 72hr fast.... which means I've had nothing but applejuice and water for two days now. I'm a bit light headed at times, but I can really tell my system is detoxing from all the crap in it and I feel great on a spiritual level...... one more day to go........

X-mass is very trying. People have forgotten about what it's really about. I say the same thing every year and every year I enjoy getting presents because I'm poor.
