So remember those "Good Idea/Bad idea" skits that used to be on The Animaniacs cartoon show? The ones staring Mr. Skullhead (who I still find it odd that in his own skits, no one ever could tell that he was actually dead) where, as the title suggests, he would do something that was a good idea, and then do something that was basically the same thing with a different variable that made it a bad idea. So here's my version of said short for this evening.

GOOD IDEA: Taking a cold shower to deal with the heat.

BAD IDEA: Taking a cold shower to deal with the heat at 2:00 in the morning.

The whole reason this strikes me right now is because I've done just that and now seem to be wide fucking awake. I don't really know what else to write here right now. I fucking hate this weather and it's been driving me crazy all day long. I'd take cold over heat any day. And here I am in the fucking Midwest, fucking OHIO, where it's almost always either one of the other. I need to move somewhere where it's constantly between 10 and 70 degrees. Maybe most people would say that. In any case, I'd always take the low end over the high. As for right now, this weather is pissing me off because I can never sleep when it's hot and muggy like this.

And now this has become a rant about the fucking weather... uugh.

I suppose I'm going to watch some It's Always Sunny, maybe read some more of Hot Water Music, and drink ice water until I finally pass out, probably from heat exhaustion. And I realize that's it's not as hot right now as it was all day today, but my house holds in heat like an angry bitch during the summer, plus there are no open-able windows in our living room (where I've been sleeping for the past week since my bed is down at my house down at Witt; it's also doing WONDERS for my back sleeping on a couch for the past week or so). Fuck this.

Ok, short, angry rant over and done with. I'm feeling on edge right now. I'd feel so much better if I could just see her...
