so the news hmm 7 days i go home for a visit i hope it goes well.. well about work i fucked up my knee again due to frustration and stupidity new guy was a prick so i took a chain wraped it around the far side of this platfrom proped the other side against my waist grabed the chains and lifted which normally isn't a problem but this is about 500ish pounds so about 20 feet into it my healing knee let out this weird crackle and now back to square one with no pain pills but least this time i have a knee brace so that helps... in other news tornados riped through my hometown tonight everyone i know is ok but my sisters house got hit its werid the house is ok but my lil neices toys are lodged iin the fence and a tree got riped down and o yea they use to have a shed now they have a wall so i'm wondering what will be left standing when i go home.... well have to see
