did you ever have one of those nights where you just can't sleep? yeah I had another one. time to go to BJ's for a jumbo bottle of tylenol PM.

on a happier note, I dug out my medicine "gift bag" which is where I tossed all my meds after I was done being sick last time, and I found my ULTRAM!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!! I really coulda used it a few weeks ago when I had all the pain, oh well, now I have it.
