Well well well chilluns....
Frightmare Weekend was a heap of fun, and I have so many memories to have with me for the rest of my days! I got to watch my friend Damon interview Lloyd Kaufman for his webcast that he does, and it was hilarious seeing how funny he is away from the crowds! He made fun of Jewish people(hilarious because he is one), incest, pickles, and more! Class act.
I also hung out with Ed Neal(hitchiker from Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and got to watch Sid Haig help set up people's merchandise tables in the main area! He is awesome, and says he should run for president in 2008, because he can sling shit just as good as anybody! Joe Bob Briggs was a hoot, as were the other guests.
But the special place in my heart goes to Mr. Herschell Gordon Lewis. The man is a legend, and is one of the most humble people I have ever met. He was truly touched that he was the whole reason I came to the convention. He signed a couple things for me for free, and I got to sit with him and his wife to watch the bands later that night.
There is way too much that happened to report, but here are some pictures. I got to hold the actual mask of Lou Perryman's face that Caroline Williams was forced to wear in Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2. Tom Savini is a god.

Ed kinda looks like a talker; I dunno that I can "explain" that, but in the bottom picture he appears on the verge of a monologue.
I don't watch that many horror flicks cuz
