sorry been away for the past week......was meant to be on holiday from work but really was workin for a rival company!!! tee hee....shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
so, where to start....what a week ive had, firstly i worked Jools Holland show last tuesday. flamin lips and strokes were on.........got off to a bad start tho....when i didnt recognise one of the guitarists i=of the srtokes and his heavily pregnant girlfriend and so i wouldnt allow them access to the building! DOH!! then the flaming lips entourage were extremely pissed and were kickin up shit and as a result i was thretened with a kick in the face to which he was swiflty told his foot would barely make it off the floor before i put him in the ground..........yeah i really shouldnt have said that....DOH AGAIN!
but the show went on........flamin lips were amazing....one of my friends got to dress up as an alien and sit onstage...............so lucky wish it were me!! and to cap the evening off i got speaking to sir Wayne Coyne himself!!! and he even signed a photo of him that i took years ago in Newcastle!! RESULT!!
then.................i took a week off work only to go and work on Wireless music festival in hyde park......5 days paid work on a music festival in the most amazing sunshine!!! win freakin win i say!
didnt get to see many of the acts...but i was right at the front for DJ Shadow......and i said Hi to Wayne and the flaming lips again......i think i have a new friend!!!
