My last post may have seemed a bit dire. I was in work counting down the minutes till I finished work and get away on Holiday to see my best friend who's currently living in Antigua! ☺️
I haven't seen him for 5 month so I'm really excited and I need a break so badly. A relaxing trip in the sun with some sailing and rum and all good thing. It feels like a celebration and it should be as I'm now two weeks clear of my anti depressants and although it's been a bumpy journey coming off them I am feeling in a great place and this trip is just what I needed.
The past few months have been tough, I've had stuff at work and stuff going on personally but my friends have been there and people have been so supportive and even just the kind words of someone I barely know saying I'm a great guy keep my spirits up and really make me feel like I'm getting back to somewhere that feels good and like myself .
