I'm in a place in my life where I'm actually pretty happy. Don't get me wrong, there are still a few days when I'm down but I guess that's normal. The thing I'm finding now is that zero contact with the ex is good for me because even just the smallest message has a real effect and I just don't need that in my life right now. Last night was a good eye opener, went out with some friends that I've not seen for years and it was like we'd seen each other yesterday. That was when I though that I'm starting to get back to being myself.

Anyway it's good to feel better again
