I suffer from chronic, blinding migraines. I went to the doctor today and it will be a long progress figuring out exactly what I am allergic to and what triggers them. We are cutting out all dairy and gluten which SUCKS. I love cheese :[ Does anyone have any favorite alternatives? Places to shop?

Aw im sorry! I had to go through this a few years ago I was put on a diet where i had to eat all gluten free things and certain milks, and no bread. i miss being that skinny. as for places to shop and alternatives i can't really help you. :/ Soy and skim milk is really good actually, I can't tell a difference to be honest. i hope your journeys good pretty lady. <3
