i finally saw X-2 last night, and this is what i have to say
when i saw the first movie, and i first heard wolverine's claws go "snickt" i smiled the biggest smile a comic geek can muster
when i was watching X-2 and i first heard nightcrawler "BAMF" i giggled with such school girlish delight i could barely contain myself
yes i liked the movie... i didn't know which one i liked better, but after me and kat watched the first movie when we got home to my place, and i made my verdict, i like X-2 better, but not by much... in my opinion, they're both landmarks in filmed entertainment... but last night, i laughed, i felt tense, i was held in suspense, i got pumped up, and i cried, yes, i actually cried... even though i knew that everything was being set up for the pheonix story, i still cried... it was nice to see scott lose his cool guy composure for a change, and nightcrawler was soooo frick diddly ickin cool! it made me smile a mile wide to see my favorite x-man gettin down and rockin some ass, even though it was kinda wrong to see him checking out his mom, but hey it wasn't set up with mystique as his mom yet so i guess it's forgivable.
in other news, there's only 6 days till my birthday, and a week till prom, the countdown begins...
