well i called the california judicial offices and guess what... i can't get thru to anything cos apparently they're still trying to process my transfer/ postponment/ excuse that was supposed to take 30-60 days... FROM LAST FUCKING YEAR! well all i can do is quote my good buddy garth algar and say

in good news, today was clam chowder day! i finally got my copy of "the power of failing" by mineral in today, as well as my vinyl of soundgarden's ultramega ok and flower ep.. and also nic endo's album cold metal perfection
