well... my fingers are fucking raw.. i've been playing bass and guitar for the past ooh i dunno... it's 1:35 now and i've been rocking out since about 3 something today
trying to write a song without a drummer is tuff shit... especially for a whacked out fucking song liek everything i write.. and unfortunatly, my drum machines isn't cool enuff where i can change tempos in mid song.. so if i wanna do that i either have to program in half time, or stop the recording and hopefully pick up with a new beat in perfect time... this is what's been driving me nuts for the past few hours
i bought a new 4-track and i've been toying with that.. so far i've got 2 drum and vocal tracks commited to tape, and i'm trying to write some whacked out guitar part for it... but i need to re-do my voice... it's not coming our as raw and powerful as i'd like... screaming really personal lyrics in your garage while your neighbors can hear you perfectly is kinda embarassing...
