i love how my journal entries skip from july 16th to october 19th... long periods of time are cool
i got home from working at coffee junction about an hour and a half ago and i've set out to finally defeat the final bosses in dark cloud 2 WOOHOO! i've been playing this game for the last few weeks after putting it down for about a month, and after almost 60 game hours (mind you i didn't bother playing the fish related mini games cos i thought they where, well lame... nor did i decide to go aggro and collect everything) so finally after tonight i can stop going to bed at 5 AM only to wake up 4 hours later... unlike last night where even though i got really stoned i still went to bed at 7AM... or should i say passed out
well i feel it's time to give a life update here since i've been gone for so long and a load of shit has happened in my life.
first of all, i quit borders back in august (and my 2nd to last week i got strep throat and lost 35 lbs. so i'm now down to 150), and i got hired at THQ to do videogame testing, at least i would be officially hired if i passed my tester exam... so i was a videogame tester for a week... then i was unemployed, i got kicked out of my mom's garage by the state of california (even though my mom was gonna kick me out anyways) and i ended up moving in with my girlfriend kathryn into our new place. i now have my very first apartment, and it rocks the hiznouse. however since i was unemployed and broke as well as her (she quit borders about 2 weeks before me to work in this salon her mom bought) her mom paid for our move in, and we now owe her about 3 grand. after almost a month of being a shiftless layabout/ housebitch i got a job working at kathryn's old job coffee junction and i work at a trader joes right down the street from me where i buy loads of beer and saki from. i also got the chance to meet burton c. bell from fear factory at work, and he alerted to me that fear factory is back together. i've been kind of a recluse as of late, mostly from working, but also cos i've been playing a lot of videogames. i've been meaning to sign back onto SG but i was having trouble getting my credit cards to work, even though i had a free year from the whole Prom fiasco (THANK YOU O!!!) and here i am... i'm finally a real adult kind of now that i don't live in my parents house anymore and i pay my own bills and shit.
