i don't know how in the holy fuck today ended up worse than yesterday, but brother... you bet it sure did

You need to dedicate 20 or 30 minutes to yourself, everyday. This time should be spent listening to classical music or whatever puts you in a relaxed mood. Drink some hot tea and eat some nice sugar cookies... Yums!
