Hey I'm rooting for you. I myself have been smoking too much. I don't drink all that much to begin with, since I'm a lightweight and my liver is damaged from other things anyway. I think once I start working out again and my metabolism speeds up, I'll go back to veggie, except that it's more difficult for me because I'm severely anemic and iron pills aren't an option. Yeesh!

sooooooo today begins kat nikki and my uber diet.
for 2 weeks we're cutting out all meat but chicken and fish, 2 weeks after that we're going back to veg (which i can't ever fully do due to allergies and my detestment of tofu... ironically, so i'm still eating fish), then for the following 6 weeks i'm staying with the same diet and trying to exercise, while they cyle 2 weeks vegan, 2 weeks raw, 2 weeks vegan, then back to veg, then back to no beef and pork. personally i think the idea of just fish and poultry is survivable, especially with my love of sushi and chicken sandwiches...
....and I would hope that there is an ulitmate goal to all of this, right?
