social anxiety, i hear you on that one, I am painfully anti-social at times, when i had roomates, I wouldnt come out of my room and would sneak around the house to go to the bathroom etc to avoid seeing anyone lol

Well I ask because I used to get these really bad pounding headaches that would last most of the day. Turns out it was from having low blood O2 levels from sleep apnea.
