Three more work days until our vacation starts!
We're going to see my Momma in Oregon. I'm very excited! We haven't been there in almost 2 years. This will be the first time we get to see her new place
She comes down here a lot because it's easier for her to get away.
The only part I'm not looking forward to (other than having to go back to work lol) is the drive. It's 7-8 hours to get there, and with a toddler...yeah not so fun. We have the portable DVD player, and we'll have snacks, and we'll stop to stretch as much as we need to. Also we aren't ruling out staying at a hotel half-way there and playing in the pool after a long drive.
Spencer still has his cold. His doctor thinks that he had it, it went away a little, then he got another cold right after. Poor kiddo
He also has a weird thing going on with his eye. I forget what it's called, but it's caused by "dandruff" on the eyelashes, and can happen more in kids with eczema (which he has). He's in good spirits though, but wish me luck on giving him his eye drops
