My Dad would have been 87 today. Instead, on the 21st of this month it will be 8 years since he passed away.
This is him and my mom at one of her High School reunions, probably around 20 years ago. He had jet black hair right up until he started going through Cancer treatments. He never lost his hair, but it started to get some grey in it. He was my biggest supporter, gave the BEST hugs, and had a smile that could light up the room...but didn't use it unless you earned it. I miss him every day. I know that he is up in heaven, looking down on me with that smile, telling me how proud he is of where I am in my life.
Now for some photos of our day at the beach yesterday. It was a very good day, followed up with Rockband with Nor Cal CJ, omeganightmare, and Mavenist. It was the best day I've had in a very long time
