Ok, I think our Vegas trip (March 1st through 4th) is cursed.
First, we had a bit of money saved up for food, souveniers, gambling, etc. And a couple weeks ago, Jeff's car got towed. It took the exact amount of money we had saved to get it out of impound.
Second, I found out last week that there was a mistake on my vacation accrual and I actually don't have enough (and won't have enough accrued) for either of my vacations this year. Now that has been fixed, they're letting me go into the negative, but I won't be able to take another vacation until June of 2011.
Third, Our roomate who already pays his rent every month 10 days late out of necessity (he gets paid the 10th of every month) set up a stupid automatic payment thing to pay us rent in case he's not home, but we won't actually get the rent for another few days...This, of course, is money we need to hold us over until our next payday so we don't go into the negative from paying rent/bills/etc.
Fourth, Have I mentioned we still haven't been able to save any more money towards food/souveniers/etc since this all started?
Basically, if we don't get what we're expecting on our next checks, we're screwed.
