I've had horrible neck pain for like a month now.

Well really, it all started about 3 years ago on the way to an SGSAC Bowling event. I got into a car accident and sprained my neck (whiplash). Yay. The pain was excrutiating and I ended up in a neck brace for a few weeks. It was supposed to be longer, but if you've ever been in a neck brace, you know how annoying they are even if you can tell they're helping.

After that off and on it would hurt here and there, but it would also not hurt sometimes. Then after awhile it hurt less, and less often until I went months without ever feeling pain at all.

Then all of a sudden, about a month ago, it just started hurting again, and it seems to be getting worse. The doctor says it's probably a mixture of stress, and not treating it as nice as I was because it hasn't been hurting like it used to. He reminded me that neck injuries don't ever fully go away.

So now I'm on light duty. Can't lift more than 10 lbs, and am not supposed to reach up over my head. ACES.
AND...if it doesn't get better soon the doctor is talking about putting me back in a brace...

Did I mention it's been getting worse since the doctor's appointment?
