How come none of you are helping me? lmao
The decision of where we are moving to shall be made tomorrow. I get off work at 3, then at 4 Jeff and I are doing a walk-through at the last place we're going to look at. Then it's either Emerald Point, or Vintage "something-or-other". We should start moving the last week of September. I turned in our 30-Day Notice letter today. Of course nobody was in the office, but I put it through the slot. As of October 7th, we will no longer live here. We've been here for 2 years, which for Jeff and I, is like forever! It's the longest we've lived in one place in the almost 5 years we've lived together.
Week after next is Jeff's and my vacation! YAY!!! We really need it. Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th a few of our friends will be joining us at Great America for some fun times, then for the rest of the week (which we should dedicate to getting ready for the move...) we will either be hanging out at Jeff's parent's house, or we will be camping with his parents and my mom and her "friend". Either way, fun times will be had.
Ricki's birthday was this weekend. We didn't get to hang out with her very much, but I think she liked her gift that we got her. She and Jaybo LOVE sushi, so we got her a sushi making kit, with all the stuff you would need. UGH we got it at Borders, and the chick offered to wrap it so we didn't have to buy a bag, and she did the WORST wrapping job I've ever seen!! I mean, I could've let my cats wrap it, and they would have done way better...so of course, I re-wrapped it when I got it home. And it looked really cute if you ask me
