Haven't felt like blogging much lately. Been sick...stomach flu for 2 weeks, cold for one, still have the cough, and constant headache throughout.
Also been having some hard times at work. See, my department is made up of a total of 5 of us, all female. I'm the youngest, then there's a girl 2 years older than me, our boss is in her mid fourties, and the other two ladies are 65 and 66. I have recently been commended for doing a consistently good job, and the 66 year old, Judy, has been reprimanded for NEVER doing a good job. Long story short...she's decided she hates me. Although I'm not fully sure that she didn't at least dislike me before all this came to light.
Lately, she keeps blatantly trying to get me in trouble for things I didn't do, fully well knowing that my boss LOVES me, and knows that I don't do anything wrong. Not only that, but she does all these little things to let me know she hates me. The most recent, (and one of the less horrible things) being that today a cake was brought in for all the August birthdays in the office, and she brought EVERYONE a piece of cake but me...and made a really big show about it. It's mostly all petty, little, stupid stuff, but it's really starting to build up and wear on me. She never speaks to me unless she has to ask me something, not even if I talk to her, or ask her something. She whispers with the others behind my back, not even trying to hide it, the list goes on and on. It's so childish. My boss even filed a complaint on my behalf because she said at one point it was edging on harrassment...but my bosses boss is dragging his feet on doing anything about it.
It's just getting to where I might explode, and other than bitching about it (probably too much) I'm not really sure how to make the problem go away.
Ugh.
**EDIT - she's getting in trouble tomorrow for something she did yesterday, it's a start!

I forgot we even had those... Too healthy for me, now the ice cream on the other hand. ..I still need to try it
