So we're not going to Vegas this September like we were planning, instead we're going to put the cash towards buying a house before the end of the year.
Not to mention, I have that stupid $500 ticket to pay off before then
The "house-buying" thing is kind of scaring me though to be completely honest. It's a huge step, and although Clover hasn't seemed to feel much of the recession, that doesn't mean we're "recession-proof" as Jeff keeps saying. I also kind of feel that Jeff's hoping to get into a house that we can barely afford. He's banking on having roomates for a very long time I believe, and I don't mind that, but that's a lot of pressure to put on said roomates. And we don't have many options for replacements if these decide they want to do their own thing...
Anyway I digress...hope for the best, right?
Had a good weekend at the besties house, played some rockband, ate some barbeque, got to see our other friends' new house, it was great.
Jeff has another show at the end of this month, and I probably wont get to go because it'll be on a Saturday night
As soon as I know the exact date, time and location I'll let everyone know in case any of you want to go.
