Jeff's Grandpa (yes, the one who's wife passed away just over a month ago) is currently at the emergency room in Reno.

Long story short, he's been putting of going to the doctor since Nanny passed, but has been having trouble hearing as well as really bad headaches recently. He goes to the doctor today, and finds out that he has (now forgive me for not knowing the exact terminology) a blood pocket on the right side of his head that is obstructing his hearing. Apparently they don't know where the blood is coming from, but it's so big that it's been bleeding for awhile.

So his doctor paid for a cab to send Papa to the emergency room in Reno where he will meet him so they can drill a hole in his skull to let off the blood and pressure.

*breathes again*

WHAT MORE CAN WE BE PUT THROUGH? HONESTLY???? Jeff seems to be ok...he even went back to work after hearing. His mom's going to call us when she gets there with any updates. I...on the other hand...am on the verge of a panic attack

I hate this.
