My new job is going great, already got a huge raise! I'm going to a chocolate school in Chicago in March to learn some new things which is amazing. Chocolate is a fun medium to work with but some days it's a little confusing as to how it acts but still really awesome.

Here is a link to the Facebook page that we have, the owner doesn't update it as much as she should but at least it shows some of the things we're doing. I'm getting ready for Valentines Day with a bunch of new chocolate flavors, chocolate molds and transfer sheets.
