I finally come to the conclusion that I should open my own bakery. I know I can make it work, it doesnt have to be big and extravagant, just good quality cakes and other desserts. I cant believe how terrible some of the cakes and cupcakes are that come into the country club from outside bakeries. If they can sell terrible products like they do; why cant I make a living doing the same thing? I actually care about what I give people so I should do quite well. Im tired of waiting for the opportunity to work in a bakery. I think its time to make something happen!
