I was told by sources that I should post a blog; otherwise I'm just some pervert setting at home looking at naked girls on the internet. I guess the fact that I'm supposedly interacting with other people lessens the fact that I'm actually setting at home looking at naked girls on the internet.
I had a great weekend; I live in the Charlotte, NC area & a brand new 60 million dollar drag strip opened its doors less than 20 minutes from my house. My dumb ass was there the entire weekend & I'm peeling from being sunburned; it was worth it. I introduced 5 of my friends to the world of NHRA Drag Racing; to my surprise everyone had a great time. It's not everyday you see 8,000 horsepower dragsters run over 300 miles per hour down a quarter mile concrete strip in less than 4 seconds. I have to say they were more than a little disappointed that there weren't a bunch of drunken red necks getting into fights every where; perhaps next time!
