Just paid off another student loan; just one more left!

Wow, I have several people interested in me making desserts for their restaurants. I'm really surprised how quick I'm getting some opportunities to make this idea for a bakery happen. Very Cool! I guess it pays to live in a small town where nobody knows how to make great desserts.

I'm in the very begining stages of planning my own bakery, dessert shop. I'm also thinking about a deli, dessert shop. I can't make up my mind but I'm tired of working for people that don't care are about their employees future.

I just came home from hicking a trail for about three hours & my ass is tired; that was cool but it was rough! I need to exercise more!

Well, I'm in the beginning of a 70 hour work week & that sucks. If anyone is thinking about getting into the culinary profession; you'd better re-think that. Working in a really busy kitichen isn't as cool as they make it out to be on the tv shows!

I ate at the Penguin Drive In today in Charlotte NC; the Penguin is so good. It's run by people with tattoos & piercings and they were recently on Diner, Drive Ins, and Dives on Foodnetwork. Best fucking homemade corndogs ever; good bar too!!!
